A 4-Week Reflective Series for Labor & Delivery Nurses

Birth work is meaningful, but it can also be overwhelming. Whether you’re carrying the weight of a traumatic birth, feeling depleted by systems that don't support you, or simply need space to breathe after a string of intense shifts, you’re not alone.

Debrief & Drop In is a guided, small-group series designed specifically for labor and delivery nurses.This is not just a place to vent, it's a space to grow. Over four weeks, we’ll explore the nervous system, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help you process your experiences and stay connected to what matters most.

 

This Series Is For You If You:

  • Have experienced a challenging or traumatic birth event

  • Feel emotionally or physically depleted after shifts

  • Are looking for professional support that goes beyond task-based debriefing

  • Want to better understand your own nervous system and how it responds to the birth environment

  • Long for community and shared reflection with other nurses who get it

 

What’s Included

  • 4 Weekly Live Sessions (90 minutes each, on Zoom)

  • Small Group Size for depth and connection (limited to 10 participants)

  • Facilitated by Kelly Dungan, RN, CPM, LM, Spinning Babies® Approved Trainer
    With 900+ hours of training in Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté) and two decades of experience in physiologic birth

  • Somatic Tools & Nervous System Practices you can take back to the bedside

  • Confidential, HIPAA-Compliant Space to process your stories with respect and safety

  • Optional Integration Exercises between sessions (gentle, not homework-heavy)
