June 3, 10, 17, 24, 2026
Birth work is meaningful, but it can also be overwhelming. Whether you’re carrying the weight of a traumatic birth, feeling depleted by systems that don't support you, or simply need space to breathe after a string of intense shifts, you’re not alone.
Debrief & Drop In is a guided, small-group series designed specifically for labor and delivery nurses. This is not just a place to vent, it's a space to grow.
